Article XIII. Certification.
Section 1. Original Certification. The Constitution
and Bylaws of the Alaskan Klee Kai Association of
America, Inc. consisting of eleven (11) pages,
constitute the original Constitution and Bylaws,
adopted by its Board of Directors on July 9, 2002.

Section 2. Amendment. The Constitution and Bylaws of
the Alaskan Klee Kai Association of America, Inc.

amended Constitution and Bylaws, of the Alaskan Klee
Kai Association of America, duly adopted by its
membership in accordance with the-then current
Constitution and Bylaws on June 8, 2003.

Kai Association of America, Inc. duly adopted by its
membership in accordance with the-then current
Constitution and Bylaws on May 1, 2007.
