Alexandra Kimbrough, Director 2024 - 2025
I have been an enthusiast of the Alaskan Klee Kai breed ever since I took home my first puppy in 2004. Nakoa came from Eileen Gregory in Colorado and is what launched me into the world of conformation competition. Living in Southern California during that time was a great place to meet other breeders and exhibitors and I was lucky to make many friends and mentors within the breed. Photography was one of my main contributions and I tried to document the different dogs that came through the show circuit in our area. I still try to take as many photos as I can today and will generally contribute those photos to the Alaskan Klee Kai Pedigree Database whenever I come across a dog with a name but without a photo to remember them by. Twenty years later, I continue to show my dogs and have a small kennel of Alaskan Klee Kai that are all loving members of the family. My kennel name is Nornir Kennels and we have a few litters per year that are always a joy to raise. I am looking forward to my time on the board and to participate in any way that furthers the well-being of the breed and those who love it as I do.
